Silestone consists of 93% natural quartz. As a result, it offers scratch resistance unmatched by any other material. Normal use of knives and scissors will not affect your worktop at all.

Composite is not completely heat-resistant – a combination of temperature and volume can cause damage! Make sure to always use trivets when handling hot pots and pans.

Silestone is durable – there is no need to impregnate or wax the worktop. Regular cleaning with warm water and a neutral detergent is sufficient to maintain the worktop’s beautiful look year after year.
